ConstantContact is our way of communicating news and reminders to our entire staff through regular newsletters. GroupMe is our way of communicating urgent news to a group of staff. Please make sure you are included in all of our communications.
What are my job responsibilities?
As an Charlotte lifeguard of Sweetwater Pools, you’ll be expected to look after the safety of all pool attendants with a friendly and respectful attitude. This involves vigilant scanning of the pool and the deck, assertively enforcing rules, and standing ready to respond appropriately in the event of any incident. In addition, our employees have secondary duties that include monitoring water chemistry and keeping a clean pool facility.
Where do I find my schedule?
All schedules are posted on Aquavision. When you access the lifeguard login page you will enter in your name and pin. Once you are logged in, click “Continue” to view your schedule. If you have issues logging in, please contact the Staffing Office.
Help I can’t work, how do I find a sub?
It is your responsibility to find a substitute. Once you find a substitute, please communicate that to your Pool Manager so that they schedule can be changed.
My shift is over, can I leave?
Do not leave the pool if a guard has not come to replace you. Contact the staffing office immediately and
we will find a lifeguard to relieve you.
Oops, I forgot to clock out?
Don’t worry just fill out a “Clock in and out form”. This form is located on the Guard Shack under the forms
section. After filling out the form hit submit and someone from the staffing office will clock you out.
